How to become a participant of the PHOENIX program
1. Purchase rapeseed seeds of VNIS TM in the period from 01.07.2023 to 15.09.2023 in the amount of 10 sowing units or more;

2. Register by the link to participate in the PHOENIX PROGRAM by 24.09.2023
3. Collect the required package of documents
3.1. Seed sowing certificate (must be drawn up by September 24, 2023);
3.2. Label attached to the seed bag
3.3. Act on the condition of crops before entering the winter (must be drawn up by December 20, 2023) with photo fixation.
3.4 Expenditure invoice
3.5. Certificate for hybrid seeds
The act on the condition of crops before entering winter is drawn up in the presence of a representative of VNIS (official representative office and/or official distributor);
4. Contact the manager of VNIS (official representative office/official distributor) in case of circumstances giving the right to receive compensation and provide him with the necessary documents until March 31, 2024 inclusive;
5. Receive compensation. Compensation means the purchase of sunflower hybrid seeds or corn hybrid seeds of 2022 and 2023 harvest of VNIS selection at a price of UAH 1.14 including VAT in the amount necessary for reseeding the area of winter rape that was lost due to weather conditions.
Sunflower hybrids for compensation are selected depending on the climate zone and cultivation technology from the available range for sale at the time of application.
Which weather risks give you the right to receive compensation:
- Freezing, ice, damping off, soaking, ice crust, frost
Recommended condition of winter rapeseed crops when entering winter
Winter rapeseed plants should enter winter with a root collar diameter of 6-12 mm,
the minimum number of true leaves is 6-8 pcs,
the growth point should be no more than 8 mm from the soil surface,
optimal density - according to the recommendations of the VNIS manager.
Can a farm (buyer of VNIS rape seeds) be denied compensation?
Yes, if you do not have the necessary documents to participate in the PHOENIX program and have not registered for the PHOENIX program using the link provided by September 24, 2023;
In case of non-compliance with the sowing density recommended by the representative of VNIS.
